In order to vote in Canada, you must be 18 years and older, and a Canadian citizen. There are Federal and Provincial elections held every 5 years, and Municipal elections held on the same day every three years. The voter turnout can range from anywhere between 25%-75% though the percentage isn't as high in Canada as it in the US.
